History:

Formally owned by John Waltz music87@ptdprolog.net. The boat was originally an open fishing boat with transom for outboard motor. Owner wanted only $100 for the trailer (boat was free). Thought it might have been an old race boat. After removing the sub-floor, realized it never had any underwater hardware. It needed new bottom stringers etc.

After two years of not seeing my wife, Donna, the restoration was complete.

January 2007 Update:

Here's an update on the progress of my skiff which is "Still under construction".. As I told you at the event, the new name will be "BOW -MOVEMENT" which I feel is appropriate...

I put together a picture showing the progress over the past year. I have been in contact with Charlie Boland about the finish technique he use on his skiff and hope to do the same very soon. I am also looking to put a transmission in my skiff and have been picking up parts here & there.
