This is a picture of Ed Johnson in the June Bug on Raritan Bay in 1963. He bought the boat from Barney Tool. It's original name was Pink Lady. After running the boat for two years as a bay boat he cut it down and we raced it till we sunk at Atlantic Highlands.

The picture below is of the June Bug testing in Long Branch. This how the boat looked
after being cut down. Ed cut it to allow better vision over the bow at speed.
